You are notified by email when invoices are available for your account. Each invoice includes the dates of service, patient's name, procedure codes, test descriptions, and test charges. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment options include online payment or wire transfer.

Wire Transfer of Payment

Mayo Clinic Laboratories accepts wire transfer funds for payment. To send a payment by wire transfer, complete the following steps:

1. Select a bank that can process your wire transfer.
2. Include the following information with your wire transfer:
   • Your facility or individual contact name.
   • Your Mayo Clinic Laboratories account number.
   • Invoice number that is specified on your invoice.
3. Send your payment to Mayo Clinic Laboratories.
